$2,500 moving credit
A $2,500 moving credit when your sale completes.
When you sell your home with us, you receive a $2,500 credit toward your moving costs. It is paid through the statement of adjustments by your lawyer or notary on completion of the sale. If the sale does not complete, no credit is paid.
Questions
No. The $2,500 credit is not an advance. It is paid through the statement of adjustments only when the sale completes, so if you move before completion you pay those moving costs at the time and the credit is applied on completion. If the sale does not complete, no credit is paid.
That is fine. You can learn about your home’s market value, understand what preparation might involve and organize your questions before deciding anything. The $2,500 moving credit only applies if and when you sell with us and the sale completes.
